• Hillbilly Acres Campground dates back to the early seventies when Curt & Vivian Bland began an adventure. Truly a visionary couple, they purchased the land the campground now sits on and began constructing roads and laying out the infrastructure for the campground. After the passing of Vivian, Curt remarried to Joyce Bland, they have turned this place into a lovely gathering area for family and friends. They created an escape away from the hustle and bustle of life. Still a family-owned business, Hillbilly Acres Campground strives to create a wonderful place where guests can sit back, relax and enjoy. Hillbilly Acres Campground is located at the east edge of Greene-Sullivan State Forest, about 3 miles west of Linton. We offer shaded campsites in a quiet setting with full hook-ups for your camper or Rv. We also have 7 cabin rentals. We had a play area for kids. 2 Lakes on site for catch & release fishing, walking trails, weekend Camp Store and much more. Our rates are very affordable and are offered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and also have seasonal sites available. (Seasonal Sites have a waiting list. )Hillbilly Acres is a family-owned campground located near Greene Sullivan State Forest. We offer a serene escape for outdoor enthusiasts & families alike. With its rustic charm & scenic surroundings, our campground provides a perfect setting for camping.
