Our History
Factory Connection began in 1976 as one store with approximately 1,000 square feet in downtown Guntersville, Alabama.Founded by the late Terry Scott (1948-2016) and Kenny Littleton, the family-owned company has grown into a regional retail leader with over 200 stores across 16 states, and more than one million square feet of store space. Today the business is led by President and CEO Steve Williams, along with an experienced team of professionals including executive managers, merchandisers, buyers, operations and regional managers, and store personnel.We serve markets in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia, with expansion states identified for future growth.
